Shipping and returns policy

Where can I find the status of my order?

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing an order confirmation. This contains your unique order number.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping in the Netherlands for an order amount above € 250, below which you pay € 6.95 (Netherlands), € 8.34 for Germany and Belgium and € 15.20 for shipping to France. For all other countries, you can request the current rates via sales@serenco.nl.

Delivery

Delivery of the Products is ex-works (ex storage) location BOXO Tools. From that moment, the Products are at the expense and risk of the Buyer. If the Buyer wishes BOXO Tools to arrange transport of the Products and BOXO Tools agrees to this, the Products will be delivered ex-works (ex storage) location BOXO Tools. The transport will take place at the expense and risk of the Buyer.

Delivery time

The delivery time specified by BOXO Tools is an approximation and is not a final deadline. Exceeding the delivery time may not be considered as an attributable failure of BOXO Tools and does not entitle the Buyer to rescind the agreement or cancel the order, except after BOXO Tools has received a written notice from the Buyer and the Buyer has given BOXO Tools a reasonable period to still deliver the Products.

Return policy

Return shipments will only be accepted if the return is approved by BOXO Tools in writing beforehand and provided the products are offered in good condition and in the original packaging. For each product, a cooling off period of 14 days applies.

We recommend carefully opening the shipping box and the original packaging so that it can be used again for the return.
